I am very honored to be the chairman of the International Annual Symposium on Computational Science and Engineering (ANSCSE) conference in the year of Snake. This conference has been continuing for more than a quarter of a century, providing a platform for interaction among Thailand's computational science and engineering researchers.
This year’s conference will focus on "Fostering Borderless Scientific Collaboration," promoting interaction among local Thailand researchers and international researchers from various computational science and engineering fields. We hope you all enjoy the fruitful discussions during the conference and the environment in Thailand.

It is a great honor and a pleasure to welcome you to attend the ANSCSE28, which will be held from July 30 to August 01, 2025. This year, the conference is organized by Sirindhorn International Institute of Technology, Thammasat University (SIIT, TU), and the Computational Science and Engineering Association (CSEA).
With many complex problems facing society, it is critical for researchers in various fields to collaborate and exchange ideas and experiences. ANSCSE has a long history of being the major forum for computational scientists to communicate their ideas. Over 28 years, we have seen many signs of progress and exciting research conducted in this area. The recent breakthrough of artificial intelligence applications has brought computational calculations to the forefront of science and engineering. We hope this year’s ANSCSE28 will be a good platform for researchers from different fields and countries to “Foster Borderless Scientific Collaborations.” In addition to 30 invited speakers from Thailand, we have 30 international invited speakers telling us the cutting-edge research they are doing.
This year, in addition to the seven main sessions, we include two new forums: the “Thailand Taiwan Japan Forum: Theory Meets Experiments” and the PMU-B x British Council International Research Collaboration: Efficient Privacy-Preserving Federated Learning for Osteoporosis Diagnosis from Radiography Data”.
We expect to exchange ideas, establish new collaborations, and strengthen existing collaborations with many interesting international speakers. I am confident that with the organizing team from Sirindhorn International Institute of Technology, Thammasat University, we will have a great and fruitful conference. We look forward to seeing all the participants at ANSCSE28.
